Why It Matters

A Snow Contract Is Only as Good as Its Response Time

Most snow-contract complaints trace back to the same two things: vague scope of work and unclear triggers — who gets plowed first, when salting actually happens, and what’s covered. A contract that doesn’t spell this out before the season starts is a contract that fails you during a storm.

The Solution

One Contract, Priority-Based Response

A seasonal snow and ice management contract — not a per-storm call. You’re plowed and salted based on a priority tier set during your consultation, not on a first-come basis after a storm hits.

How Pricing Works

Flat-Rate Pricing for Snow Plowing and Salting — Per Push, Per Application.

A flat rate applies per push (plowing) and per salt application. The only variable is your priority tier, set at consultation:

Priority 1

Fastest Response — Medical facilities, 24-hour operations, high-traffic properties.

Priority 2

Standard Response — Moderate traffic, standard 2-shift businesses.

Priority 3

Extended Response Window — Plowed within 12–24 hours of snowfall.

Salting

Proactive and Reactive Salting

Applied proactively ahead of predicted storms, or reactively after plowing and snowfall, based on forecast and conditions. Salting reduces ice risk but does not guarantee a completely ice-free surface — normal precautions should always be taken.
